Before shipment, we will send you photos of each order. On the outer packaging of the succulents, corresponding labels are affixed to each item.

Upon arrival, please check the total quantity of the products. If there are any quality issues, please take photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours. We will take responsibility for any rot or loss, and reship the affected items free of charge with your next shipment.
